The Work

The 60-minute workout is divided between two styles of training. One part of the class is spent on boxing specific techniques and drills. In here you will learn real boxing techniques (no choreographies!). The other part of the class is spent on strength and conditioning, where you will perform a variety of exercises via circuit and H.I.I.T training. The workout is dynamic, varied and the sweat is REAL.

What do we take from boxing?

At heart, we are boxers. Our classes are deeply rooted in traditional boxing techniques and drills. We incorporate everything that makes boxing exciting and eliminate the parts that might not be as appealing – like getting punched or spending hours in front of the mirror just to correct your jab. With Nokout you will learn real boxing in a fun, safe and dynamic way.

What do we take from traditional fitness?

Strength and conditioning are at the core of all our classes. We use a variety of training methods like functional training, H.I.I.T, Circuit training, weight lifting and plyometrics to ensure your goals are met. The best part is that we train in a way that is not monotonous or repetitive like traditional gym workouts.

What to expect

Real Boxing

You will learn the techniques and tactics of boxing. In just a few weeks you will be able to understand the inner workings of the sport and apply a wide range of movements in real combat scenarios. We promise you, you will not be dancing with the bag or doing random combos.

A great workout

You will use your mind and every single muscle in your body. Including the ones you did not even know you had. Our classes focus on both cardio and strength training. With just 60 minutes you will be able to burn a high number of calories and build lean muscle.

By the end of the class you will be full of endorphins, happy and energized, ready for whatever the day throws at you.
