Our group classes are an intense and fun full body workout that mixes boxing training, H.I.I.T. and functional training. But this is not your typical massive class. We offer highly personal service through our reduced groups (Maximum 6 people per class).

Our personal training sessions are a hybrid of boxing and strength & conditioning designed to provide a well rounded fitness experience. All sessions are planned and customized based on your unique objectives.
Mixed
Memberships
The best of both worlds. This type of membership includes private and group sessions. Have personal attention and learn from other like minded individuals.

FAQ'S
Yes, eventually you will need boxing gloves and bandages. Mainly because of hygiene. But don’t worry, for your convenience we have an equipment store at the studio, however for the first classes we have enough equipment to borrow you.
We guarantee you, you will never do the same workout twice. All workouts are fun, dynamic and intense. In all classes you will be performing a warm up, mobility exercises, circuit training (strength and conditioning) and of course boxing drills and techniques.
Yes. In order to assure quality and a semi personalized attention to all members, we request classes to be booked in advance. Don’t worry, our app makes it very easy and quick to do.
This is our key membership. It includes both personal training and group classes. We understand that everyone has a different fitness journey, your training has to adapt to your goals, needs and lifestyle. That is why we have created this memberships, for you to have a high degree of personalisation in your training, while enjoying group classes with other like minded individuals. While most fitness centers focus on massive classes and 0 personal attention, we focus on you and your specific context.
No! You do not need previous boxing experience. Our classes adapt to your experience level. We will teach you proper fundamentals, from 0 to 100.
ABSOLUTELY NOT! Our classes are no contact classes. You will never go through an uncomfortable or harmful situation in our classes. However, if at some point you want to turn things up a notch, you can always talk to your coach in order to make the training a bit more contact driven. Contact will NOT be forced or imposed. Safety first.
