Our workouts are designed to be fun and dynamic, we traded old fashioned heavy weights and machines for boxing bags, open space and high skilled coaches to create a new way to work out.  Our classes mix traditional boxing drills with high intensity interval training ideal for weight loss, muscle toning and stress release.

Boxing

We offer boxing lessons, boxing fitness and boxing classes for all abilities. We teach real boxing, no choreographies.

Strength & Conditioning

In addition to boxing, we use specific weight training, functional training and resistance training as core elements in our personal and group classes.

Kids training

Fitness boxing adapted for kids above 11 years of age. Perfect for developing self confidence, coordination, mobility and athleticism.
